Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 427, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation against 39 FIR named accused persons including the petitioner some other co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 19.04.2018 and 07.05.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23380 of 2018 and Cr. Misc. No. 26481 of 2018 (Annexure-5 and 6).
Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.
Considering the aforesaid facts of grant of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37524 of 2018 (2) dt.05-07-2018 2/2 anticipatory bail to other co-accused, having similar allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Begusarai Town Police Station Case No. 613 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner as well as condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
