The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 165 of 2018, Special Case No. 36 of 2018 registered under Sections 20/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.
Allegation in brief is that 310 grams of ganja was recovered from the Kiosk of the petitioner. It is alleged that he is indulged in selling contraband.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that seized ganja is of small quantity and he has no criminal antecedent. Another co-accused Promod Kumar has been granted bail by this Court vide Criminal Misc. Case No. 30681 of 2018. Having considered the aforesaid facts and

No.35328 of 2018(2) dt.20-06-2018 2/2 circumstances, the petitioner, namely Bhola Prasad is directed to be released on bail subject to confirmation of his criminal antecedent upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge/ Special Judge, Patna, in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 165 of 2018, Special Case No. 36 of 2018, with further conditions:-
(1) One of the bailors must be close family members of the petitioner.
(2) The petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the trial court and if he absent himself on two consecutive dates without any reasonable cause his bail bond was liable to be cancelled.
