In view of the stand taken in para-5 of the counter affidavit, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take final decision within the time frame indicated in para-5 of the counter affidavit, which is quoted below:

"5. That pursuant to an order dated 14.02.2017 passed in CWJC No. 915/2017 and direction of the Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar, this respondent vide letter No. 1123 dated 25.09.2017 has allowed payment of salary to all

Consequential benefits must be extended to the petitioner within the time frame indicated in para-5 of the counter affidavit.

It is expected that in the matter of payment of salary the respondents shall not adopt pick and choose or discriminate the petitioner on the ground that she has approached this court for redressal of her grievance.
