Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 251 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 341, 323, 379, 385, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing specific is alleged against this petitioner. Specific allegation of assault is against co-accused Arun Sardar and that too is simple in nature. There is admitted land dispute between the parties. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 07.08.2019.
