The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chand P.S. Case No.224 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation against the petitioners is of killing the daughter of the informant for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail petition. It is further submitted that petitioner no.1 is father-in-law and petitioner no.2 is married Nanad of the deceased. It is submitted that petitioner no.1 resides in Mumbai and petitioner no.2 resides in her Sasural. The

It is further submitted that earlier U.D. Case being U.D. Case No.07 of 2022 had been registered but later on this false case has also been lodged against the petitioners on 27.07.2022.

The learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Considering the fact that no specific overt act is alleged against the petitioners, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Chand P.S.
