Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 397, 412 of the Indian Penal Code.
The F.I.R. of the occurrence of Dacoity is against unknown. The name of the petitionner surfaced in the confessional statement of the co-accused.
Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 08.03.2018. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case is already complete with regard to the petitioner. Nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner was never put on T.I. Parade.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35384 of 2018 (2) dt.26-06-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Akbarnagar P.S. Case No.88 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
