Three petitioners, apprehending their arrest in Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No.129 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 342, 323, 353, 427, 504 of the Indian Penal Code, have prayed for grant of bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on trivial issue since the petitioners had opposed the action of the police, the police have falsely implicated them as accused in the F.I.R..

However, considering the accusation made in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34891 of 2018(2) dt.02-07-2018 2/2 F.I.R., there is no reason to grant anticipatory bail. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail in respect of the petitioners stands rejected.
