Petitioner is in custody in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 126 of 2018 for the offence under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a), (d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 7.5.2018 in connection with seizure of 10 liters of Mahua wine. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than one and half months, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with
