JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 447, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner allegedly caused fire arm injury at the ankle of the informant. The petitioner is in custody since 07.04.2018. The occurrence took place for the reason that on the complaint of the daughter-in-law of the informant that the petitioner had got job while producing forged certificate, the petitioner was removed from the assignment.

Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

No.37606 of 2018 (2) dt.06-07-2018 2/2 Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bidupur Police Station Case No.245 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the court below and the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
