Re.:L.P.A. No. 1618 of 2017 This intra-Court appeal arises from a judgment and order of a learned Single Judge dated 6.7.2017 passed in CWJC

Patna High Court LPA No.1618 of 2017(5) dt.27-11-2018 2/2 No. 8221 of 2015, whereby in consideration of the grievance raised, the Single Judge has disposed the case with certain liberties granted.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, we are not persuaded to interfere with the order of learned Single Judge taking note of the facts accompanying the writ petition and the relief prayed thereunder. The liberty is already present in the order and the petitioner if so advised can make avail of the same.

This appeal is disposed.
