Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for offences punishable under sections 30, 30(a), 38(i)(ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

There is allegation of recovery of 310 litres of English wine which was kept hidden in the bolero of the petitioner. In view of the allegation the prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused with direction to surrender and seek regular bail within six weeks which would be considered on its own merit without prejudice.
