The present application has been filed for quashing the FIR bearing Barhara Police Station Case No. 290 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code by which the petitioner has prayed for quashing the FIR because no prima facie case under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code is made out against the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has very fairly submitted that charges have been framed in the Court below.
