2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that when informant was going to deposit Rs. 32,81,000/- in the bank from his petrol pump, four unknown miscreants stopped the car of informant and looted the entire amount on point of pistol.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the State that from perusal of the impugned order it appears that petitioner has been declared absconder and process of Section 82 of the Cr.P.C. has been initiated against him to ensure his appearance in the Court as such petitioner is not entitled to the relief of anticipatory bail (Lavesh v. State (NCT of Delhi) (2012) 8 SCC 730, State of
