In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No.415 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation has been made that while the informant and his son were returning from their field, the five persons surrounded them. The informant could identify Raman Kumar, Manish Kumar and Fantus Kumar, present petitioner. Whereupon, Raman Kumar, Manish Kumar and Fantus Kumar have fired upon the son of the informant, on account of that his son has died.
