No. 1914/19 from the court of learned ACJM -I, Samastipur to any other district.
Ground for transfer is that opposite party no. 2 is threatening the petitioner, who is informant in the case and such she apprehends danger at the hands of opposite party no. 2 and as such, fair trial is not possible there. However, on query, learned counsel for the petitioner could not answer as to whether she has filed any complaint before the police or the court with regard to the threatening given by the opposite party no. 2 Considering the above facts, I find no merit in the
