JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR is against unknown. The petitioner is in custody since 23.02.2017.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has not been put on T.I.Parade nor anything has been recovered from his possession. Only on the basis of criminal antecedent of the petitioner, the Supervising Authority directed the implication of the petitioner in this case. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58482 of 2017 (2) dt.14-12-2017 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Roushanganj Police Station Case No152 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
