Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. From perusal of the first information report, it appears that there is nothing specific alleged against this petitioner and only suspicion has been raised against him. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 26.06.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
