Petitioner is in custody in connection with S.T. Excise -379 of 2018 arising out of Nirmali P.S. Case No. 64 of 2018 for the offence under section 30(a) and 37(c) of Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 13.5.2018 in connection with seizure 23 liters of Nepali wine. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and also the fact petitioner has remained in custody for more than one and half months, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
