BAJANTHRI) Date : 23-10-2024 Pursuant to our order dated 04.10.2024 learned counsel for the State Mr. Kamlesh Kishore, clarified that confiscation proceedings are concluded and further subject matter of vehicle has not been auctioned as on this date. Taking note of the aforementioned development we proceed to dispose off the present petition in asking the petitioner to prefer statutory appeal before Appellate Authority within a period of four weeks from today. Patna High Court CWJC No.15101 of 2024 dt.23-10-2024 2/2 receipt of such memorandum of appeal by the Appellate Authority, the Appellate Authority shall dispose off the petitioner's appeal within a period of one month from the date of the receipt of the petitioner's memorandum of appeal. In the meanwhile, the concerned respondents are hereby directed to not to proceed with auction of the subject matter of vehicle till disposal of memorandum of appeal to be filed by the petitioner.
