Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sangrampur P.S.Case No.125/19 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 366A, 323, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, petitioner is said to have kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that statement of the girl has been recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. that clearly discloses that the petitioner was not involved in the kidnapping rather she had gone on her own sweet- will at Delhi and later on returned from there.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.64741 of 2019(2) dt.16-10-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Sangrampur P.S.Case No.125/19, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
