2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 448, 341, 323, 354(B), 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 23.10.2023 at about 7:00 PM, informant was cooking food, in the meantime, petitioner no. 1 came and started misbehaving with her, however on alarm being raised by informant, her husband came and petitioner no. 1 fled away from there. It is further alleged that thereafter, all the accused persons including petitioners came and started assaulting informant and her husband with fists & slaps and also snatched jewellery from the neck of informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both parties are Gotiyas and due to petty dispute, a simple Maarpeet took place. Allegation is general and omnibus. There is no injury report on record. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Jamui / concerned Court in connection with Chakai P.S. Case No. 344 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
