2. This application has been filed for cancellation of the regular bail granted to Opposite Party Nos. 2 and 3 vide order dated 04.01.2025 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge-III, Patna City in A.B.P. No. 1419 of 2024 arising out of Complaint Case No. 1527 of 2023.

3. From the records, it appears that the impugned order granting bail to Opposite Party Nos. 2 and 3 has been passed by the Additional Sessions Judge-III, Patna City However, the said order has not been assailed before the learned

4. In these circumstances, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application seeking cancellation of bail granted to the O.P. Nos. 2 and 3 before the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Patna. If such an application is filed, the learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Patna shall consider and dispose of the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three months from the date of its filing.

6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the rival claims and all questions are left open to be considered by the learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Patna .
