2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 335 of 2024 dated 23.07.2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
3. The allegation is of recovery of two live cartridges and one knife from the possession of the petitioner.
4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. It is evident from the F.I.R. that no firearm has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is

No.74597 of 2024(3) dt.18-01-2025 2/2 submitted that the petitioner is as local resident and he has been lifted by the police from his house on the ground of interrogation and subsequently the aforesaid allegation against the petitioner has been planted by the police. Lastly, it has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 24.07.2024, having no criminal antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.
5. Learned A.P.P for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.-Ist Class, Sitamarhi in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 335 of 2024.
