Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A), 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The statement of the victim girl would reveal that she was kidnapped by co-accused Rahul Anand at Mahua in the State of Bihar and was recovered from the shop of this petitioner at Hyderabad. The victim further stated that Rahul was in physical relation with her thereat.

Submission is that matter appears to be of love affairs between the victim and Rahul Anand. The Doctor has assessed the age of the victim between 17-19 years. The petitioner

Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Mahua Police Station Case No.60 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the court below and the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
