2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Total 56.25 liters of foreign liquor has been recovered from the bamboo clump of Ram Deo Yadav.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has been made accused in this case only on suspicion. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the nature of allegation and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69379 of 2023(2) dt.01-11-2023 2/2 from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise - I, Begusarai in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 352 of 2023, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
