The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case he is granted a liberty to file representation before the respondent no.3 and the respondent no.3 may be directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a specified time frame.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner may file a composite representation before the respondent no.3 within a period of two weeks from today and the respondent no.3 is directed to dispose of the same by four weeks thereafter. The respondent no.3 shall also consider the case of the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.18382 of 2017 (2) dt.13-09-2018 2/2 sympathetically, since the application being made by the petitioner is on compassionate ground as considering the judgment of this Court dated 06.09.2012 passed in CWJC No. 3809 of 2011.
