2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 363 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other co-accused conspired and killed the deceased and her four months old child.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner has come in this case on the confessional statement of co-accused Manish Kumar and Dilip Kumar.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that there is sufficient material on record to connect the petitioner with the crime.

6. Considering the materials and the fact that it is a case of double murder, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. This application stands dismissed.

8. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
