2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 23.9.2024, passed in Cr.Misc. No.22172/2024 by this Court.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that opposite party no.2, in compliance of condition part of order dated 23.9.2024, is not filing affidavit before the court below in order to bring on record her savings bank account number for communication to the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for opposite party no.2 is present on notice and submits that the dispute between the parties have been resolved and presently opposite party no.2 is living with the petitioner and has no grievance against the petitioner.
5. In view of aforesaid development, since parties have resolved their matrimonial dispute outside the court and opposite party no.2 is happily leading conjugal life with the petitioner, there is no requirement of giving any interim maintenance/solace to opposite party no.2 by the petitioner. Accordingly, condition part of order dated 19.6.2024 is hereby waived and order granting bail to the petitioner is modified to the extent indicated above.
