2. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2022 (Amended Act).

3. As per allegation in the FIR, total 628.875 liters of illicit country made liquor has been recovered from a vehicle without registration no. bearing Engine No.TUS4D21018 and Chassis No.MA1RV2TUKS6D37895.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that he has no concern with the said recovery and said vehicle and nothing has been recovered from the possession of

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Judge-I, Bhagalpur in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 140 of 2025.
