2. The petitioner in the present case is seeking modification of the order dated 11.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47329 of 2023 for extension of time to surrender in the learned court below.

3. Having regard to the submission that the petitioner was unable to surrender and submit the bail bonds in terms of the order dated 11.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47329 of 2023, this Court directs that in case the petitioner above named surrenders in the learned court below within a period of three weeks from today and furnishes the bail bonds in terms of the order dated 11.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47329 of 2023,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72515 of 2023(2) dt.24-11-2023 2/2 he will be given the benefit of the said order.
