The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 228 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the alleged recoveries were not from the conscious possession of the petitioner or from his house. The alleged motorcycle does not belong to the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 21.07.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the
