Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the occurrence is against unknown. Name of the petitioner had transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused. Petitioner is in custody since 27.09.2017. However, he has not been put on T.I.Parade as yet nor anything has been recovered from his possession. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58569 of 2017 (2) dt.18-12-2017 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Laukiya Police Station Case No.187 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
