The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rail Siwan (Thawe) P.S. Case No. 177 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Section 354(b) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the petitioner is 55 years old and suffering from cancer. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 11.08.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the
