The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Nauhatta P.S.Case No. 11 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 376, 511 & 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the allegation made in the F.I.R by the informant wherein it was alleged that the petitioner and three others not only outraged her modesty but also tried to commit rape, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
