Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sadar P.S.Case No.108 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the FIR, petitioners are named in the FIR and it is said that as there was some family dispute, taking advantage of that the petitioners have assaulted the mother of the informant, due to that she died.

No.67131 of 2019(2) dt.24-10-2019 2/2 Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against any of the petitioners, moreover, postmortem report shows that no external injury was found on the person of the deceased and later on the informant has also filed a petition before the Chief Judicial Magistrate that she fell down, as such she received injury .

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Darbhanga in connection with Sadar P.S.Case No.108/2019 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
