The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/354A/354B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act. The main allegation is against co-accused Sanjeev Kumar. However, the petitioner was also criminal associate of Sanjeev Kumar while sexually harassing the informant, a minor girl.

Considering the fact of this case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37856 of 2018 (2) dt.12-07-2018 P2/ satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Special (POCSO) Case No.5 of 2018, arising out of Roh P.S. Case No.14 of 2018, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
