In view of the submission made above, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail of petitioner no.3 is dismissed as infructuous.

The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 100 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379 and 307 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

So far as the petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 are concerned, Considering that there is no allegation that they assaulted the informant or any other person, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No.100 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
