JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-10-2019 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 04.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36516 of 2019 by which the petitioner has been granted regular bail by this Court.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that due to typographical error the name of village and police station of the petitioner has wrongly been mentioned as 'Village- Mankhan, P.S. Mohania' in the main bail application being Cr. Misc. No.36516 of 2019 and accordingly, in the order dated 04.09.2019 by which the petitioner has been granted bail, whereas it should have been "Village-Kanpra, P.S. Sonhan" therefore, the order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61271 of 2019(2) dt.16-10-2019 2/2 04.09.2019 may be modified to the aforesaid extent only. In view of the submission, let the name of village and police station of the petitioner be read as "VillageKanpra, P.S. Sonhan" in place of 'Village- Mankhan, P.S. Mohania' accordingly, the order dated 04.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36516 of 2019 stands modified to the aforesaid extent only.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
