That the present writ application is being filed for direction upon Respondents for conducting an enquiry for the irregularities which has been committed in the office of Dumraon Nagar Parishad, Dumraon, District- Buxar, in connection with appointment of one Uttam Kumar, who is working on the post of Accountant, having been appointed by outsourcing method, on daily wages

Patna High Court CWJC No.17520 of 2022(2) dt.26-06-2023 2/2 basis which is in complete violation of mandate of constitution, as given in Article 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India and the petitioner also prays to direct the respondents to immediately stop taking work from Uttam Kumar, of the post of Accountant in Nagar Parishad, Dumraon."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
