The respondent No. 6 in the above-noted order

Patna High Court MJC No.2384 of 2022(2) dt.13-04-2023 2/2 has been referred to as "The Investigation Officer of Kaler P.S. Case No. 53 of 2022, dated 04.11.2020". The mistake appears to be apparent.

The concerned case is in fact, "Kaler P.S. Case No. 53 of 2020" and not "Kaler P.S. Case No. 53 of 2022".

Let the reference with respect to respondent No. 6 in the first page of the order dated 27.09.2022, referred to above, be read as "Kaler P.S. Case No. 53 of 2020" in place of "Kaler P.S. Case No. 53 of 2022". The order dated 27.09.2022 stands modified accordingly.

The petition stands disposed off.
