Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 15.6.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.18755 of 2015.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that all the witnesses have been examined in this case except the victim lady and in spite of the processes, she is not appearing in the court.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however, the S.P., Purnea is directed to produce the victim lady in the court on the next date fixed so that the trial may be concluded.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
