The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No. 247 of 2022 registered under Section 365, 366 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to village politics. Further submission is that the first information report has been lodged after 5 days without there being any explanation for the same. He also submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67520 of 2022(2) dt.24-01-2023 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No. 247 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
