2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act and Section 317(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per F.I.R., one Navneet Kumar was apprehended with a country-made pistol and he disclosed the name of this petitioner, who allegedly managed to escape from the spot.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no arms or ammunition has been recovered from possession of this petitioner and has been made accused only on confessional statement of co-accused Navneet Kumar, who was apprehended on spot. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Madhepura in connection with Madhepura (Bharrahi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 57 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
