ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 15-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 18.08.2017 in connection with Marauna P.S. Case No.93 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354A, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the fact that injury, which is purported to have been inflicted by the petitioner, was found to be simple in nature and he is having no criminal antecedents, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial
