Having regard to the fact that the petitioners have already ventilated their grievance before the Respondent No. 3 herein, i.e, the Sub-Divisional Officer, East-cum-Chairman (Special Officer) Agriculture Produce Market Committee, Ahiyapur, Muzaffarpur by giving representations dated 17.08.2023 (Annexures P/3 series). The present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 3 to consider the same on its own merits in accordance with law and pass reasoned orders within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16408 of 2023(7) dt.13-10-2025 3/3 copy of this order.

3. It is needless to mention that before passing any order the petitioners shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the parties.
