2. The petitioner apprehends his/her arrest in connection with Sanokhar P.S. Case No. 186 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the named accused persons including the petitioner caused the death of the informant's daughter by strangulating her for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The name of the petitioner has given merely because

He has submitted that the statement of independent witness has been recorded in paragraph nos. 34 and 35 of the case diary and the witnesses have stated that the quarrel between the husband and wife use to take place due to which the wife consumed poisonous substance and she died.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Sanokhar P.S. Case No. 186 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
