Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Karakat P.S. Case No.43 of 2018 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the informant was relieved of Rs.10,000/- and other documents including ATM Card by some unknown miscreants.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that neither any incriminating material was recovered from possession of the petitioner nor he was put on TIP though investigation already completed and the only material transpired against the petitioner is disclosure of his involvement by a spy and in the confessional statement of one co-accused Rahul Kumar.

No.36021 of 2018(2) dt.28-06-2018 2/2 Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Rishi Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Bikramganj, District Rohtas in connection with Karakat P.S. Case No.43 of 2018.
