2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Gopalganj Nagar P.S. Case No. 581 of 2023 instituted under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioners is of killing the deceased for demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74084 of 2024(2) dt.04-12-2024 2/2 petitioners are the brother-in-law and two sister-in-laws of the deceased. The petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

6. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners of torturing and demanding money.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in Gopalganj Nagar P.S. Case No. 581 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
