2. The petitioners have prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The case of the prosecution is that the daughter of the informant, namely, Kalpana Kumari was married to Aman Kumar Paswan in the year 2022. It is further alleged that at the time of marriage, gift according to the cleaver of the informant was provided. It is further alleged that Kalpana Kumari (deceased) was being subjected to cruelty on account of non-

It is further alleged that on 25.06.2024, she informed the elder daughter of the informant that her husband and in-laws have threatened her of dire consequences, if Rs. 1,00,000/- and 'Apache' motorcycle were not provided to them. Later on 26.06.2024, somebody informed that Kalpana Kumari has died. Accordingly, the FIR.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the victim have falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the main thrust of allegation is against the husband of the deceased. Further submission is that the husband has already surrendered before the learned Trial Court. Moreover, the petitioners are languishing in judicial custody since 28.06.2024 having no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail in connection with Kusheshwar Sthan P.S. Case No. 167 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
