Patna High Court LPA No.1623 of 2017 dt.29-11-2018 2/2 This appeal has been filed by the State of Bihar questioning the judgment of the learned Single Judge whereby the writ petition filed by the respondent-petitioner was allowed and the punishment of censure and withholding of three annual increments as well as restriction of salary and recovery of salary was set aside.
In the wake of the fact that the sole respondent has died, we see no reason to allow the State of Bihar to pursue this appeal.
